Eric Varney has nearly 20 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience in the financial technology and financial services sectors. Throughout his career, Eric has completed more than 50 advisory and capital raising transactions across North America, Europe and Asia, representing more than $25 billion in deal value.
Eric’s prior experience includes roles at UBS, Macquarie Capital, Stifel and Capital One. Most recently, he was Head of Financial Technology Investment Banking at Mizuho.
Eric has a BBA in finance and history from the University of Wisconsin, and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
