Miles Kilburn has served as a senior executive and director for a dozen financial technology companies throughout his professional career. He brings two decades of success in financial technology, electronic payments and financial services. Miles has excelled as a private investor, board chair and member, chief executive officer, chief financial officer, general counsel and strategy leader.
Miles’ prior executive experience includes serving as executive vice president and chief strategy officer of Concord EFS, Inc., a payment and network services company. He also served as CEO of Primary Payment Systems, Inc. (now Early Warning), and group executive vice president, chief financial officer and general counsel of Star Systems, Inc. Earlier, Miles served as a corporate attorney with Skadden Arps focusing on securities law and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Miles served as chairman of Everi (NYSE:EVRI), where he served as a member of the board for 16 years and as chairman for 13 years.
Miles has a BA in business administration from the University of Washington, and a JD, cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law.
